Mural Contest Winners DVHS 2019
One of my students won first place! She was awarded a $500 prize, and her mural design was enlarged and displayed at various polling stations around Austin. Two of my other students received honorable mentions and cash prizes!
Del Valle Fine Arts Events
Del Valle Fine Arts Events display over 1,300 artworks, host 50 hands on activity booths, and showcase performances in dance, choir, drama, and music by student performers from Early Childhood - 12th Grade. With 1,500-2,000 attendees annually it’s always the community event of the season!
